Who we are
BK Games ("we", "us") operates bkpremium.online, a store where players buy license keys that unlock premium perks in our Roblox experiences and our Discord community. For any privacy question or request, contact us in our Discord server.
What we collect
- Roblox account info — when you sign in with Roblox, we receive your numeric Roblox user ID and username via Roblox's official OAuth service. We never see your Roblox password.
- Discord info — when you redeem a key with our Discord bot, we store your Discord user ID alongside the redemption.
- Purchase records — order identifiers, plan, amount, and payment status from PayPal, or game pass / product identifiers from Roblox. We never see or store your card number; payments are processed entirely by PayPal or Roblox.
- Keys and entitlements — the keys you buy (stored hashed and encrypted) and the perks they unlock, including expiry dates.
- Technical data — a session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs used for security and debugging.
How we use it
- Delivering keys you purchase and activating your perks in our games.
- Showing you your keys and notifications when you sign in.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and key reuse (including chargeback handling).
- Support — resolving purchase or redemption issues.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the services that make the store work: PayPal (payment processing), Roblox (sign-in and purchase verification), Discord (key redemption and roles), and our infrastructure providers (Netlify hosting, Supabase database).
Retention & deletion
We keep purchase and redemption records while your perks are active and for as long as needed for fraud prevention and accounting. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us in Discord; records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment records) may be retained.
Children
Our services are intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Roblox and Discord in their region. Due to Roblox platform restrictions, some purchase features may be unavailable to players under 16.

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
